Free Shipping

At minhadostore.com, we offer free shipping all over the world, on all orders, with no minimum order sizes. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

Delivery Time

Regular size orders are made to order and are shipped within 5-10 business days. However, it can take up to 20 business days for your item to be shipped. Whereas, the prime products are ready in stock and are shipped the next day from placement of order.

We strive to minimize fulfillment time for our custom orders as well. After confirmation of details such as measurements, we usually dispatch custom orders within 5-10 business days.

After dispatch, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep depending on the courier service speed.

World Wide Delivery

We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.

Courier Service

In order to offer our customers a premium courier service, all our shipments are carried out through Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. We reserve the right to choose the courier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you ASAP.

APO/PO Box Addresses

For your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses.

Duty/Customs

On getting out of stock in our warehouses in the specific country for the particular order, we ship directly to customer from our International Factory/Warehouse. All those orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU ) basis. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to a purchase.

Complimentary Items

Orders exceeding 10 products don’t include complimentary items by default. Exceptions may apply in cases approved by our customer support representatives.

Other Policies

Once the payment is received, the customer will be notified via email of order confirmation.

Once we ship the order and provide a tracking number, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company. In case the order is put on hold by the courier company due to any reason, or the courier company attempts to deliver the order when the customer is not at home, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier company. We recommend you to follow up with the courier once you are provided with the tracking number. After multiple delivery failure attempts at the provided address, the courier company might destroy the parcel and in this case, we won’t be responsible.

If you have multiple orders that are all shipping to the same address, we may combine them into a single shipment at our own discretion (unless otherwise instructed) to save time and money.
